I have a question about factory pre-made enclosures. I had a custom-made box that held two 12 inch audiobahn subs. It was a very well made box, me and a friend spent 2 months constructing it. It was made with MDF, triple sealed, padded, carpeted. It had a fiberglass finish, and the back and side was upholstered in thick black carpet to match the car's carpet (the car is a 2002 Mazda Protege 5.) The front was molded so that the subs were facing angles toward the sides of the car. The front was also painted with the factory paint my car was done in (Mazda Silver.) To make a long story short, my car was broken into and the box as well as my amp were stolen. I had an Audiobahn 6 channel amp that had 75 watts per channel. Since my auto insurance is only going to cover $1,000 for non-factory replacement stereo, I am in a bind. I won't be able to replace the custom box. My question is, how good are Audiobahn pre-made enclosures? If anyone owns one, or knows about them, I would be glad to hear about it.

audionbahn's factory built boxes are very nice looking and sound awesome. the boxes are wrapped in supple-leather and also have audiobahn's neon blue lights in it.  i would look into getting one of them with the money you are gettin back.

Oh, hey, that's really great. They have them on E-Bay brand new for rather cheap, much less than factory prices. Thanks a lot for the help. This is the most in-depth , helpful site I've  seen. Thanks.
