press and hold source until unit turns off. press and hold EQ and DISPLAY until the unit goes into download mode(front panel opens automatically and then DOWNLOAD and INSERT DISK is displayed.) insert disk containing the rewritten data into cd slot. DOWNLOAD READY appears in display. download begins automatically. after FINISHED is displayed, eject cd. turn on and enjoy.
