Hello i have a question about installing of a new headunit amp AND SPEAKERS. but i want to make sure im on the right page.

head unit says output of 50Wx5 that equal 250 watts total right? in ideal conditions

i want to install a 300watt peak amp 4x35w into 4 ohms that equal 140 watts

and a sub woofer amp 200 amp peak 2x40w into 4ohms that eauals 80

to rap it up that would be a total of 370 watts right?? or am i wrong w/ my math

Once you connect the deck via RCA's to an amp, and  connect all the speakers to the amp(s), the deck will not produce power output.  All the power will come from the amp.  The amp is 140 watts, the sub amp is probably 160 watts at 2 ohms (does it have a 1 @ 4 ohm rating?).  If not, that is not an amp that you can use to power a subwoofer, which means it is not a bridgeable amp.  Don't add everything together unless you are figuring out power wire requirements, in which case 8 gauge will be sufficient.
