I tried searching for this info but my break is almost over. i'm building a ported box for a RE XXX15 and needed to know one thing. It asks for 4cuft tuned to 27hz and I used a port calculator and got the length and everything, but does the 4cuft include the port? Or is it 4cuft plus the airspace of the port? Thanks in advance guys.

The box volume will always be NET... The volume occupied by the port will NOT be included in the 4 cu.ft. You have to build the box larger by the volume occupied by the port.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
