I had my mind set on buying 2 IDQ12v.2's , then I called a local shop to see if they had them in stock cause I wanted to physically see them. Anyways the guy proceeded to tell me that the arc audio D4 is the same as the IDQ v.2 but it is more of a updated version of the IDQ. Has anyone else heard of this? He said that the owner of IDQ told him this personally? Also have any of you heard about a release date on a IDQ v.3 ? Thanks for the help once again!

Looks like it could be them. The specs are similar. Honestly, they probably won't sound any different. Either way, I'll think you'll win. Arc is a good brand.
