Ok well i think i have this figured out.
So i have 3 3.5V led's i wire them in series = 10.5V(E) so voltage drop is 1.5 (E). So i take 1.5 (E) and divid by (I)in this case 20mA so .020, and i get 75Ohm resistor.
Or if i wire 4 3.5V led's in series that should be fine also right? And about fuses an led should act pretty much like a fuse on it's own right?

No, you still need to use a fuse, or I would just tie it into a pre-exsisting fuse.
You don't want to burn out your LED's just put them on a fuse load.

Be careful. You need to either make or buy a voltage regulator. A 12 volt LED can not handle a 14+ volt current, 14+ when car is running.
The LEDs will burn out if they are kept on for a period of time with a 14+ volt current through them.
