I've been doing some reading on Aperiodic enclosures, and everything I can find on them says that they will give you an extremely flat freq response. However, the only applications of aperiodic enclosures I have found online have been for subwoofers, or for midbass woofers. I'm wondering what kind of effect an aperiodic enclosure has on the midrange frequencies. So if I was to use them for my mids up front, playing like 40hz to like 2500khz, would there be adverse effects on imaging and frequency response? Or would I see the nice flat response that you get with subwoofer and midbass applications with midrange as well.

Thanks for any help.

Dave
