Is there anyway that I can use the 2001 acura navi radio for my 2001 accord. If so what do I need to do to get this to work?

I would say the best way to go would be to try and get a 2001 acura radio with the harness that way you can label the wires to match the wires you have in your accord....If I know the navi unit you are talkint about htey also came in the accord and I believe they are the same unit

I think they come in the 03+ accord which I'm sure is a different radio. I wouldn't mind having a stock radio with navi built in

This would be a costly undertaking, the unit consists of not only the display, but a dvd-rom nav unit as well as an antenna and sensors. If you really want nav, I would suggest going aftermarket.
