Line driver good choice?

Alright I have been having issues with my front and rear channel's off of my deck not being equal, and causing noise in my system.
I know I am going to hear its my rca's trust me its not!

Here is the issue.   I am running a Panisonic deck 2.5 volt outputs. I am currently only using the front and sub outs

When I connect the front and rears to my 4 channel amp I get Noise resembling alternator noise.   Now I thought It was the cheap temp amp I had for awhile a Volfenhag.   But I have recently installed a Diamond Audio 600.4   Very nice amp with a 105db s/n ratio..

Now when I only run the front RCA's and split them to front and rear inputs then I have no noise what so ever. But it ruin's my staging for front and rear when using my DVD player..

I am considering getting a audiocontrol DQX due to its EQ and Crossover Features, But also for the line drivers.
I would like the get the gains a little further down on my amps.

Have you tried connecting a common ground wire to both sets of front and rear RCA's at the back of the deck?  That might equalize the ground plane.

Well Steve...I heard of doing this, Never tried it...I trust your judgement. So the question is, I have heard this is only to be used as a temporary fix. Is this true?

Now if I am correct. I will ground the outer ring from front righ to rear right, and front left to rear left. Correct?    

If you Think this will be a good fix, and is safe to leave till I change the deck I will go dig out a set of Male to female connectors to soilder grounding wires to, that way I dont have the deck messed with.

I am guessing I will hear back from you in a few minutes I hope   haha

I don't see how it could possibly do any harm leaving it as a permanent fix...if it stops the noise.  Try wiring from one jack front to one jack rear, then run the wire to the same chassis ground location the deck ground is on.  Outer ring, yes.  If just using one of each doesn't work, then try both.

I will try grounding one of the front and rears tomorrow.   If that dosent work I will try grounding them all to the chassis ground.
