I was curious when I can upon this.

Is 250 AMP Alternator possible for a civic?

Has anyone got a custom build single alternator to fit in a Civic with 250 amp or more? Just wonder what is out there these day for a Civic. A really good 180 amp alternator is all I have seen on a Civic. Give me some website if anyone has one. Thanks.

The Highest I have seen is a true alternator that puts out 200 amps at 1200 rpm...This is a comp style alternator that is un regulated and your need a external alternator.   You can get one through ohio gentertors, or through domminick Irragi.   I will try to dig up some #'s for you,   they will run about $300-$400 put are well worth the money for one of thier alternators. They are the best of the best in the compitition world
