The car stereo i have is a sony 4 by 50watts with a rear sub/amp switch. Will the stereo work with the sub/amp package. HELP!!! PLEASE!!! i'm a novice.  Thanks.

Personally, I would forget that Sony garbage, and I am probably not the only person that feels that way. For 250 bucks, you should be able to get better gear... Those pentagonal subs are CRAPOLA!

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

At least upgrade to Rockford Fosgate. You can find them cheap on ebay. try the punch series Z, its good thump for the money - a lot better than sony. As for the amp, go cheap like US Acoustics or see if you can get your hands on a Bazooka EL1500. That is a great amp, and you should be hooked up for about $200-$250 total.

"I don't play games. I play Nakamichi and that for real yo" - Probably some japanese kid said this in the early 80's trying to sell stereo out of his trunk lol.
