I was wondering if it was possible to have an awesome sound, using a LOC and a high end crossover..? Don't get me wrong my setup sounds good for me right now, but its missing some of the mids from my heavy bass hits, it just doesnt sound right..Could you run a line level out converter, straight to a crossover, and have the ability to exact the crossover points and all. I have a 00 grandprix gtp with a bose system, that has a external ampilifer. Would this ampilifer mess with that crossover and ruin things, or would it work??

Thanks.Brett

With the Bose setup, the factory crossovers are inside the amps themselves.  You're better off just replacing the whole system.

The bose setup i have does sound "decent", but does not compare to any aftermarket component setups im sure..I would like to know some way possible to get around this situation without replacing the whole entire bose system.

Help out please

Check into these PAC products to allow interfacing a separate amplifier to run additional speakers.  You could work on adding the missing sounds instead of trying to modify the current bose system.
