i am going to put 2 10"kicker l5 subs in my truck in a fiberglass box. It will be a sealed box at 0.66 cubic feet. I want to use  ether a alpine mrd-m501 or a alpine mrd-m1001 which amp would bet best to use with these subs.

I would say mrd-m1001. Not shure on the specs.

i would go with the mrd-m1001, this will give you upgrade option for your subs in the future, just set your gains right, this amp will run very efficent for these two subs and will run pretty cool.
