That is  a great Idea but Tweeter fixed it with good screws for 20 bucks, now my other new problem when I turn on my fm modulator I get a lot of feed back through the interior speakers and when I turn on my interior neons I get feedback that makes it sound like I blew a speaker on when the car is started though...

Happy New Year to all

Sounds to me that you have major grounding isues, or bad RCA cables that are picking up RF or EMI from your modulator and neons.  Check your grounds are properly connected to a bare metal point on the car's chassis and make sure your RCA cables are far away from the neon or modulator or simply replace them with better quality cables.
