HAHA, I call bull. But if you are serious, look into lexan, at least 1" thick. This will need to be bolted in. I know people who are hitting well over 150db and have no problems whatsoever with windows cracking/breaking. If you have chips in your windshield then it is all over.

Well, it depends on what frequency you hit.

If you continuously play a frequency from the subs that also happens to coincide with the resonating frequency of the glass, the glass will move alot!

Does anybody know the resonating frequency of automotive glass?

I know that the windows rattled really badly in my old swift when I was doing my runs in the lane but I was never to concerned with them breaking. To break the windows simply from to much spl is very hard to do and Is almost always bullsh*t when someone tells you a story about it happening, unless of course as auex pointed out, the windows are cracked or chipped, then its much easier but still a feat.

The last time I saw a window shatter was because the rear view mirror was hitting it, and the guy was hitting 160+DB
