OK, I'm going to buy some Alpine Type R component set for my front doors and coaxial set for the rear deck. My current setup is for 5.25, but I am wondering if it is worth it to cut the holes bigger and put in 6.5's in both places.

I have heard great things about the 6.5 component set and am pretty much sold on the Type R's, but I don't know if it is worth it to upgrade to 6.5's from 5.25.

I want sound quality, I am adding subwoofers in the trunk to take care of the bass.
What do you think? Cut the holes bigger? Either way it won't be too hard, but I just wanted to know if it is worth the work.
Thanks for your help,
Chris.
