i'm looking to hook up my headunit, amp, and subwoofers in my house. how exactly can this be done?? i see it done in wal-mart and circuit city and those places so i'm guessing its not too hard... any info. would be appreciated!

For a sort of gheto set up this is what I do. Hook everything up to a car battery then the battery up to a charger. Works just fine for my 2k watt system. At circuit city they use big ass inverters and cap's.

Any radio shack or similar store should have a AC to DC converter with + and - terminals that will work. Just make sure that it is big enough to power your system.
