Actually i got 3 in mind :)
From most expensive to least expensive....
1. JL Audio 12W3v2
2.Kicker CVR DVC
3. Pioneer TSW305c
Both JL Audio and Kicker CVR can handle 300RMS
whereas as Pioneer TSW305c can handle 400RMS <---- I got tempted by the Pionner coz of the power handling :)

Kicker CVR's hammer son, no doubt but if u got the ends I'd go the JL's.

Ok i have decided to get the Kicker CVR!!!
Just one last question, the spec on the Kicker say 1.75 cu feet porter box, say i got a smaller box 1.47 cu feet (Just a tempory box i will make a new one when i got time).

Say i tune the box to 52 Hezts will that damage the sub or the amp??? Just need to be sure before i do it and also my amp is only 175RMS, and the sub can handle 300RMS, i will get one that is 500RMS later. I am still waiting for the new amp to come out.

If you find a CVR in the CVR ported enclosure use that. Not sure whut they're tuned at but they go hard son. For real.

About the box size, I would stick to manufacturer spec but if you had to change it I'd go bigger but then obviously your port size and length would change.

Thought about just putting it in a sealed enclosure? 1.47cuft would be plenty.

The CVRs are killer subs, especially for the price. A buddy of mine has 2 12s in his caprice and they pound really hard.
