What are you trying to do? There are many people here who can offer useful help if you give us more information. Do you just need the pinout of the harness? Does the unit no longer work, what?

If you're just installing a new radio, use a harness adapter from your local sound shop (even WalMart). If your plug has been cut off, check here:

If you're trying to repair the old unit, a common problem is the power button. Take the unit apart from the bottom, remove the cassette portion, and bypass the switch. See if the unit now comes on.
