I have two bats, a cap and my f'n lights are still dimming when my bass drop and I only have the darn vol on 15.  Either I hook up my extra battery wrong or my Chrysler 300 have a overall whimpy elec system

A pissed off system owner.

If your wondering what I'm running: 2 mofo 12s, a kenwood 810D, with a rf 4004. A 3.0 cap, two optima batteries (1 blue & 1 red) with a kenwood 715DVD

You need an alternator, ,you wasted your money on batts and caps, , they dont make power, they store it...   Look into a 150 amps or more alternator.  some places are www.mechman.com www.4alterstart.com  www.meangreen.com there is a few more, , just do a google search and ask for prices.   Be shure to ask what the output on the alt is at idle, thats VERY important, because thats where your going to need alot of your power when at stop lights and just cruseing.

And please please tell me you have an isolator between your 2 batterys!  otherwise disconnect them now! untill you get one.

An isolator separates the 2 batterys, it is required when you have 2 different batterys so you don't kill them.   it is ok to strap 2 new batterys from the same production line together, but you can't strap 2 different types or agaes together or else the batterys kinda fight themselfves, , i can't think of the proper wording right now.
