i was looking at some cadence amps for the brahmas i am planning on buying in the summer, and there were a couple that were class g.  did a quick search and didnt find anything.  what did they do in the circuitry?

Class G is basically a class A/B amplifier that includes the ability to switch between multiple input "rail" voltages depending on the demands of the output stage.  It increases efficiency and reduces size over a standard A/B design, but basically sounds the same as A/B.  Class H is a vastly improved class G design.

do you know of any class h amps that i could check out and other class gs?

For car audio?  Not off the top of my head...  Class D is still the car audio market leader for high-power at relatively high efficiency.
