If your amp can tri-mode you can wire all of your speakers to your amp and shouldn't have a problem. You have to purchase some capacitors and coils and make a passive crossover or you can just wire them in-line on the speaker wire. It all depends on what type of look you are looking for. see the 12 volt link below. https://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/cross.asp

Which ever set of speakers you are using up front I would use with the amp (I hope its the 6 1/2 components). Then I would use the lowpass crossover on the rear channels and connect the two subs to each channel. Power the 6x9s off of the deck in back and it should sound good.

I was thinking on parallel wire each pair of 6*9 and 61/2 then connect them to 2 amp channels letting the 2 channels left for subs... is this possible?

You mean to parallel-wire the right side, and same with the left side, to keep your music in stereo. It's possible but a bad idea. The amp will be powering the speakers at a 2 ohm load....okay for low freq subs but not for the mids and highs. It won't kill the amp or the speakers but will result in less than ideal sound. And, you wouldn't be able to fade the rears as all speakers will get the same volume. So I'm also with customsuburb on his recommendation. But I would link the subs in series, then bridge across two channels for the same output as would be with a sub on each channel.

I would go the way customsurburb mentioned. I would rather have full power to the fronts and subs and worry about the 6x9's last

Ditto what customsuburb said.
To add to that: Bridge the four powered outputs from your HU into two channels. This should give you enough power to power your rear speakers.

Don't try to bridge a deck's speaker outputs. It can fry your amp easily. Just connect the 6x9s to the rear speaker outputs if you are using them in the rear. They should only be used for a little added bass and rear-fill anyways. The soundstage should be up front, not behind you.

Some decks can handle bridged outputs. Some cannot.
What HU are you using?

It should damage any deck that you try it with. Read about it here: https://www.bcae1.com/brighead.htm-------------
