Ok...I'm new to posting so forgive my errors. I've got some components together, ready to hook up, but I need to get an amp (or amps) first. Here's what I've got so far....keep in mind this is being installed in a regular cab pickup, so space is definitely at a premium:

Clarion DXZ925 head unit
Alpine SPR-136A 5-1/4" Component Speaker System
Bazooka SAS 1024 10" Sub

I would like to keep my spending below $300 if I can, and I'd like to only use one amp considering the space (wanting to mount it underneath a seat), but my main concern is the cleanest sound possible from all my components. I'm not wanting extraordinary SPL, just a nice clean SQ system with great clarity....any and all amp suggestions for this arrangement are welcome. I used to use Phoenix gold amps, but I'm not so sure anymore. Anyway, let me know what you think.

No easy choice for this problem.  Your fronts will want no more than 40 watts...the sub wants a recommended 150 watts.  A four-channel amp is what you are looking for.

However, the bass tube you have is DVC 4 ohm, which wires to one or the other:  8 ohms or 2 ohms.  You can't put a 2 ohm load bridged across channels, so that leaves you with 8 ohm bridged (same output as would be if each coil were wired directly to a channel - 80 watts if using a 40 X 4 amp).....

So a 40 X 4 amp would be fine to power the fronts but a lot less than you want for the sub.  I would suggest you use a different sub, one that is a 4 ohm impedance (such as the BT1014).  Then you'll have some choices in 4 channel amps.
