In the morning when I come out to my car and pull down the backseat I find a fair amount of condensation hanging out on my amp. What do people usually do to stop this. How detremental is this to my amp, I know water and electronics Do Not mix. I am not sure if it is just the current weather cold/rain.

Yes, electronics and water do not mix and your situation is not good. Condensation inside a vehicle is usually a sign of bad door, window or trunk seal gaskets and you should replace them as necessary.
