I've made a couple of purchases through onlinecarstereo.com and experienced both good and bad customer service. They are pretty competitive on price but it's still worthwhile to shop around for comparison's sake.

My first purchase (JL component set) shipped pretty quickly and was in excellent condition when received. The only thing I didn't like was that they shipped it through a broker (I live in Canada), so I had to pay an extra $50 fee. They are the only online company that I've used that utilized a broker.

The second item was a set of rear speakers that they listed as "in stock." After ordering the item, I was unable to track the package and my account info still showed the item as being purchased and shipped. After six days I received an e-mail from them saying that they were sold out of the speakers.

I'd recommend calling their customer service number to make sure the item is available before purchasing. Hope this helps.
