Hey guys. I'm having the strangest problem. Alrighty. The other day I got a 4 ch. pyramid amp (i know, i know) to power my interiors. The amp before it was worse, so, sad as it may seem, it IS an upgrade. Anyhow, my problem... distortion. BUT, only at low volume. and only from the right front speaker (keep in mind I only have 2 speakers). It started the other day when I bridged the speakers to the amp. I had them connected to ch. 1&2, but it wasnt loud at all, clear, but not loud. it was louder going directly through the H.U. So, i decided to bridge the amp. ch 1&2 for left, 3&4 for right. it made a big difference (loudwise). but now the right speaker distorts at low volume. I used 2 splitters to give the amp the signal, could that be my problem? I'm shootin a blank.

Although I don't agree with your setup, I know you're working with what you are able to.  First thing you need to do is isolate the source of noise.  Start by switching the speakers at the amp.  Now does the right one still have the noise?

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
