i have a 1997 vw cabrio. it came with a 6 disk cd changer already insatlled. it has been working fine, but the other day i went to turn it on and it is not even being recognized. i had been using it just the day before. now it will not play and it won't even eject the cratridge the disks are in. can anyone give me a clue as to what might be wrong/ thought i would ask someone before i took it somewhere and spent a whole bunch of money on it. any help would be appreciated thanks. :)

It has lost power or the cord from the deck to the changer has come undone or is dirty.
