Upgraded sub AMP to RockF 501S today. Perception / reality I don't know but to my it sounds as if the sub output is now somewhat out of sync with other speakers (delayed from other speaker's output..). I've swapped the polarity of the sub around but then bass level drops little, therefore I guess this is not a wiring problem (I haven't swapped the AMP's input from the deck yet). I suspect this has to do with either adjustable AMP X-over, remote adjustable puch, adjustable AMP input levels not properly tuned, adjustable x-over on deck (RockF 9210)
Last note, the speakers are driven by another sub manufacture.
What could cause above or do you think it's better to take to professionals that installs these thing??
does your head unit have any special bass timing settings? On my alpine there's a bunch of different bass management settings that have to do with delaying bass frequencies for each speaker and also for the preouts. That's really the only thing I could think of, assuming nothign else in your system has changed

Nothing else changed! No the HU doesn't have bass delay settings, only a SUM filter (currently on Low Pass 80Hz) and I set the AMP on Low Pass too (and adjusted the filter to 50Hz).
Continue.... I've switched off the HU's filter and think it sounds better. Maybe both filters change the phase..
I feel that your amp XO is set TOO low. bump it up to match your heads xXO, or at least close.

The HU has fixed setting i.e. 80Hz and the AMP has adjustable from 50Hz to 250Hz. How do I know correct Xover point? What music should be playing while adjusting Xover point?
