I just want to say thanks for everybody's help in finding out the issues with my amp in my last post.

Now it's time to setup those woofers.  I can't quite seem to get the right balance through the system.  I can't tune out a person's voice ( on the radio )  while hitting the range I want to.

What is the highest frequency my woofers should be putting out? ( I need to set the amp's crossover)

Also,  I know there is a track that goes through the frequency range in increments.  What is the name of this track, so I can use it to tune the crossover?

you can use a sine wave can be bought on some bass mechanic cd's, and yea don't tune your amp to the radio.

I haven't been tuning on the radio,  I've been  using some regular CD's I listen to,  so I can try and get the full range I want.  I'm just saying that If somebody says certain words (Especially ones with the letters "B" and "P") I get annoying "PUFFS" from the woofers.

Then your crossover frequency is way too high.  80Hz is (as was suggested before) the "standard" for a subwoofer low pass.  It should be set the same as the high-pass for your front mains.  Don't go higher than 120Hz.
