Hi. I've searched for some specs on high power bass tubes but couldn't find any. Are there any available to run from my 500W RMS amp? How LOW does those tubes go and what is typical SPLs one can expect to get?

I dont know of any HIGH POWER bass tubes,   mainly I think they are a waste of money. I will not carry them myself, Typically the speakers are vry cheap there is no plotting on construction of the tubes.   Junk. As far as SPL    you might get to a 125db   dont expect much espically if in a trunk

Bass tubes dont produce much bass at all. Bazooka makes bass tubes if your looking to buy one anyways.
