I just recently bought my system last week for my 94 ford explorer .and i installed everything good but only my subs work my door speakers dont work at all. i got 2 alpine type-e subs a solid audio ms26 amp and a blaupuknt montreal deck. if anybody can help me please do so cause i need words in my songs too.

how did you hood up your door speakers. did you connect them with a harness, I would pull your deck out and make sure your door speakers are connected

yea i used a wiring harness and hooked everything up good from what i can see. i was aslo wondering how much gain i should use for my subs??

I would check to see if you have the right harness, then hook a speaker up to your outputs on the deck to ensure they are working.

Did u use harsess' or staright cut? depending on what u did, use a battary tester to see if the speakers work. if the speakers aren't the problem then it has to be a connetion somewhere...

You must have a factory amplifier.  Was there any wires left over in your harness? on either the car side or the cd player side.?

Yes there is an amp in your car...

go to the back seat on the passenger side...under the back seat you'll find a loom running to the back..in that loom is the wires you need to go staright to the speakers....you'll also find the wires that are up on the deck harness...use those wires and bypass the amp..be careful as there are also the back light wires in the loom as well..

ok torkey i think i get what your saying but what i dont unsterstand is how i bypass the amp??
