Can someone help me with the color codes for the car stereo wires? I am replacing the stock stereo in my 2001 Durango with a new Sony stereo and I need to know what wires go to what? Please help!!!

Go buy a wire harness, it wil save you time and a headache latter on. Hell, they only cost about $5-10. And if you add an amplifier to your durango like I did, all you have to do is run your speaker wire to the dash and attach to the wire harness.

Thanks Dean! I appreciate your response. I think that's exactly what I'll do. Where can I aquire a wire harness? Kragen? Or do I have to go to Dodge for it?

Go to wally world or Kragen or any stereo store should have them in stock, it is a common wore harness. The dealer will not have this.
