where to hook the capacitor and is there a table to estimate the size and what does the capacitor improve in a sound system?

do a search for capacitor, this topic has been hit upon before, reciently.

However I'll tell you this, Put the cap close to the units you will be powering, but befor the fuse distribution block.

The cap will help your system run more smoothly with less strain on your battery and alternator.
