Hey I have a bedroom with e vintage sound system in it..
I have an 1974 SAE Power Amp that can handle 4Ohms..
I also have a spare JL subwooder in a 6th order Bandpass box.. JL 10WO to be exact.

I want to run that sub in my room..

Does anyone see any problems with that?

What could happen both Negative and Positve!

Keep up the good work guys.

postive, you add a little bass in your room. negative, it will sound like butt and you wont like it

It'd work just fine.

The only real difference is that Home stereo equipment is usually higher quality then car stereo equipment. I don't know if this still holds true today though.

If your amp can handle it, hook it up and listen
