Difference in Coaxial and Components??

Please tell me the difference between coxial and component speakers. It doesnt make any sense to me.

Coaxial=2 drivers in one setup. (Tweeter+Woofer)
Component=2 drivers in different possible setups. (Tweeter+Woofer)

Basically the tweeter produces sound waves that are more directional, which means that unless your ears are at your ankles; you won't get nearly the clarity from door/kick panel located tweeters. Components allow you to mount the woofer somewhere where it is suitable down low and put the tweeter up high near the ears like near mirrors or dash for optimal high performance. I came across some interesting stuff from CDT today that has a biaxial or something like that where it works like a normal coaxial but the tweeter is better positioned to fire towards the ear. (Some people just don't like to do a component mounting.)

Essentially, lower frequencies aren't needed to be directed to be able to sufficiently hear them, but high frequencies are much more efficient when targetting the listener.
