Is this the newer body style?  I have an 02 and I can definitely help you. I believe there are two screws from what I remember. If you have power windows and locks then the panels with those buttons can be gently pryed up with a small screwdriver. Look in the area of the door handle for one screw. I believe the other is underneath the switch covers. Again I'm going by memory. There is also a little plastic piece at the front corner of the window (triangle shape) that needs carefully popped off.  Here is the most important part. Do not pull the panel away from the door. It does not have those clips like they used to use. If you pull hard enough you will break the plastic mechanism that is fiberglassed to the door panel. I broke mine and had to refiberglass it back. What you do is once the screws are out,  switches uplugged, and trim pieces popped off is lift up on the door panel and it should come out pretty easy. If you have to pull anything extremely hard I recommend you stop and have a close look. If you have the older body style I'm not sure if it's the same or not but, I would follow the same rule DON'T tug too hard. If you need more help holler back.

Also pull off the trim peice around the Inside door handle.  Just pops off from the back side of the handle, Pop the Door lock knob off and the light at the bottom of the pane. Pull up on the panel just like Boomer_106 stated and disconnect the tweeter connector then its off.
