I would like to know how much power amp is exactly pushing towards your subs.  I know they rate the subs but all thats at a controlled rate.   Is there any formulas or ways to test it with a mulit meter.  Any help would help

thanks

look at the ohms law info on this site. use your meter to measure the amps output and also measure the load of the subs. put these numbers into one of the calculators, and there's your answer. it's not exact because the impedeance of the subs change, and so does the out put of the amp, during different musical passages, but you can get a good idea if you use test tones i think. try it.
