When is the estimated date as to when the Brahmas (12" in particular) should be in stock at Adire's dealers? Also, would one of Adire's team members mind PMing me or posting a topic letting me know when they do get in stock? Thanks Evan

Hello Evan. Unfortunately we don't have an exact date as of yet. We are hoping within the next month or two. As soon as they do come in, we will be updating our site with all the new information on the drivers. Do you mean that the drivers are going to be different or just the new release date? If they are to be different, in what ways are you talking about and how drastic are they?

Aparently theres going to be a dual 4 ohm version available as whell, thats all i know.

Unfortunately I can't get into the details about the new drivers. We will be releasing all that information with the update of our site. Are you talking about the Kit 261's? If so, I can probably get you the plans for the enclosures. That way you can have them all ready as soon as the kits are released. Then all you have to do is build the crossovers and drop in the speakers. I just ordered all the parts for mine.  Steven Kephart Adire Audio -------------

Anychance you can tell me:
1) If the new Brahma will be availible in Dual 2ohm
2) If the new Brahma will be out before summer
3) The recomend enclosure volumes (sealed and ported)
I want to start making a box for this sub in the next coupole weeks (since I'm off school) and then i can Fiberglass it this summer when I have the $$ to buy the sub

Who says we are the "little guy" now?  We actually do a great deal of OEM stuff behind the scenes which includes design and production for major companies. Although the product sold under the Adire name is a small fraction of what JL, MTX, Kicker, Polk, Harman Kardon, Etc. sell, we are well known by them because of the technology we are bringing to market. Heck, the VP of sales of one of those companies (I can't say which one) runs our speakers in his home. Plus our subs are being used by the largest organ manufacturer in the world. 1) I believe that will depend on the dealer. We are offering several voice coil options, and they will decide what they want to stock. But most likely the dual 2 ohm coils will be around. 2) It should be out well before summer. 3) I don't think the enclosure sizes are changing any.
