does anyone know what ohm load i can put on these amps safely i cant find a manuel and i would like to know thanks for your help.

2 ohm stereo, 4 ohm mono for the most part depending on the model# and year.

Just go to google and search for the model #.....

Example: Rockford Punch 45

And you should be able to find something on it...What models are you looking for??
