Have a customer with a 05 Chrysler 300. It has 6 3/4 in the front doors and 6x9 in the rear deck. She wants more sound from the speakers, so I sold her on the idea to replace the speakers and add an amp to the replaced speakers. She wants it louder with a little more punch.
Should I get a good set of 6x9 for the rear deck with a component 6 3/4 up front, or
6 3/4 component in front door and in rear hatch
The amp is a Memphis Class AB 4 channel 75x4. Thanks

You don't need components in back. Just throw some 6x9s back there and have her pick a set of components that she likes the sound of. components in back, to me, is overkill.
I agree with customsuburb, there will be plenty more sound and a lot more punch, assuming that the amp is properly chosen.

I'm not a huge fan of 6x9 in back :/ My setup is like that currently without the amp and I find the making a front stage sound like impossible... Given I don't have components up front, but I don't really know if that'd even fix the problem so much... :/ Just my input with that setup. I also only have 5.25" in front, so there may be a difference in ability on the size.

Okay, thanks for the responses so far. Would the 6x9 give more of a bass feel than the 6 1/2 component. If so, I think I will use MB Quart. Any suggestions on specific model numbers for the 6 1/2 and the 6x9. I noticed they make a component in a 6x9, should I get that and mount the tweeter in the rear door?? Should I just get a 2 way 6x9?? MB quart any good??? Money is no issue to this customer.
Thanks.
