passthru or extention harness?

anyone know if there is any such thing as an extention harness or a passthru harness?

basically i am adding a system but keeping the oem headunit, so a normal harness will not work, but i will have to cut the original harness to splice in the wires unless there is a such thing as a passthru or extention oem harness. anyone heard of these?

yes Metra makes a whole line of "T" harnesses.....
