i have a deh-p740mp unit and when i put in a mp3 disc it goes to format read and then turns itself off and then back on again over and over again. anyone know what the problem could be. it worked fine in the morning. thanks for the help!

If it worked fine in the morning - well, my friend, I bet you need to send your unit in for repair. However, before jumping to conclusions, I should ask you whether you've tried other mp3 disks. Have you? Do regular cd's work correctly?

i tried a regular cd and it plays fine.
