This is my first visit to this site. I've attempted to thorougly search the site for answers to my questions but my apologies if this is a question that's been answered before.

Does the Bose system in Chevrolet Crew Cabs have any provision for a line level input (from a laptop sound card or other 1/8th inch or RCA input)? The head unit has provision to select between CD, AM, FM, and "AUX." How would I send a signal to utilize the AUX input and what is it most commonly used for?

AUX is used in conjuction with a changer or satellite tape palyer.
