I have a Koda 10, and we want to put it in a SportTrac... What kind of box do you recommend? I am getting .5 cubes sealed with an F3 of 55 or there abouts, and a 1.5 cubes vented with an F3 of 27, but the venting size will not be practical... What you got to help me man?

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Unfortunately I don't have a good modeling program here at home.  But we do have some enclosure specs on our site for that sub.  Go to the technical section, and select "Product Sheets" and then "Koda Subwoofer" and you will see some enclosure sizes for different design goals.  If you want more specific help beyond that, then just let me know.

I have one of our prototype Koda 10" subs in my Brahma enclosure now since we sold all of our Brahma's.  So it is a .36 cubic foot sealed enclosure, and even with stuffing it is still peaky.  However I am using one at home in 1 cubic foot sealed and it sounds amazing.  How much power do you have?  Remember that you only need a couple hundred watts as these drivers are pretty efficient.  Good luck and let me know how it turns out.
