i"ve heard it is possible to piggyback amps and get the power from both as a whole. is it possible, and how do i wire them?

Some amps have a "sync" on them where you can use the exact same amp and connect them together by the cable. I know Fosgate has that on there BD line.

This is only possible with amps designed for it.  Your owner's manual will tell you how.
