Hey guys

Love this forum. Anyways, here is my problem. I hooked up my CD player tonight, and I had to have the factory remote wire hooked up because of a factory amp to get any sound to come out. I don't want to use the factory amp; I have my own;) Does anybody know where the amp is located in this thing? And how to bypass it? Thanks for any info

im not 100% sure but i think it is under the pass seat or behind pass kickpanel. to bypass you have to run all new speaker wires to each speaker. if you are gonna run your own amp to the highs then you wont need any of the speaker wires off the deck, just the RCAs into amp then new speaker wires out of amp.

Thanks. It WAS in the senter console. Now, I gotta find some kind of a harness that plugs into it, so I can hook MY amp up. Anybody know where to get one of those?
