whats size inline fuse would i need for 4 gauge sub woofer wires and if ran a 1200 watt mtx amp would i need a cap?

About a 120 amp fuse on your power wire. You don't need (or even want) fuses on your speaker cables.

No, you don't need a cap, just a bigger alternator.
