hey guys i have 2 8in L7's right now in the center console and im thinking about gettin either 2 12 or 2 10 inch L7 in the back. My friend says that it will sound real bad because they will cancell each other out and the sound waves will hit my ears at different times and it will sound bad. What is your guys opionion on that? thanks.

Don't run two sets of subs in different locations if both sets are crossed over to play the same frequencies.  Cancellation will occur (in most cases.)  Set up your 12's low-passed at 70Hz, then set up a bandpass crossover for your 8's between 70Hz and say 120Hz.  High-pass your front stage mains at 120Hz and you'll be good to go.
