I was wondering if anyone could explain the best way to wire a rear set of compnents to the head unit with being able to still use the cross overs?

just run your HU to input on crossover and out to middriver and tweet. but "best" way is to run off amp.

I had it ran but i Took it off for better sound stage, i only had a 2 channel amp so I decided to use it for my front comp set for right now. Ive got the set wired like this right now . NO tweeters are connected to this set, just the mids since its my rear stage, The speakers are wired directly to the cross over then the amp wires did go to the amp but now disconnected.. I tried connecting them to the factory wiring but got no sound?

Look behind your HU and make sure the rear speaker wires are connected. If you had this professionally installed, since you had an amp on the rears, they more than likely didn't connect the rears to the HU.

Not sure what type of vehicle, but if the wires are connected at the HU, then its possible that you have a factory amplifier in your vehicle. In this case, you will have to run new wires from your HU to the rears.

Chad is probably right. They're probably not wired to the deck. Pull it and see.
