I've got a customer with an 01' mercedes c-240 that has the factory installed nav/radio unit, with a trunk mount 6 disc changer who is looking to get satellite radio installed. does anyone make an interface besides the basic fm modulator that will work with this vehicle so i can feed a "cleaner" signal into the head unit?

I don't think they make one. If they havn't bought the satelite radio equipment yet you might try to convince them to buy an inexpensive head unit (like an Alpine, Eclipse or Pioneer) and add a satelite radio tuner to it.
